- whey protein powder (isolated,hydrolyzed,concentrated ,blend etc)
- Creatine (5 gms on your workout days )(for strength)
- Beta-alanine( an amino acid that controls the buildup of acid in your muscles caused by intense or prolonged exercise.)
- Glutamine(for recovery)
- flax seed oil( for EFA'S)
- any good multivitamin
- vitamin c 1000 mg (prior to workout)
- calcium
- BCAA'S(helps in protein synthesis)
